IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure your visit to the World Press Photo Exhibition, it is recommended to buy in advance your ticket/s online.

In this case, it is essential to keep in mind the following instructions:

Once your online purchase is done, you will not be able to make changes.

Be sure to carefully select your preferences (number of tickets, date of your visit and access time slot).
If you book a guided tour, be sure to choose your preferred language.

The refund is only possible if you decide to contract the «Make your tickets refundable» service.

This service is offered by the ticket company during the online purchase process. If you have contracted this service and meet the stipulated conditions, you can make your claim to the ticket company here.
The refund does not include the ticket-seller fee (1€ per ticket).

If you do not receive the tickets at your e-mail, please check the following:

In case you have not received the tickets in your email inbox, please look at your SPAM folder. If you definitely have not received the tickets, it is most likely that, due to some error, the purchase has NOT been completed.

In case you have not received the tickets, but have received payment for the tickets, please report the incident to comunicacion@fundacionpsv.org. Please provide the email address you used to make the purchase so we can locate it in the store.

Tickets can also be purchased physically, as long as the room’s capacity allows the access of more public at that moment. Physical sales are delivered at the CCCB (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona).

Please note that if you access the exhibition on weekdays and during school hours, especially in the mornings, it is possible that you will coincide in the room with the guided tours for schoolchildren.

Guided tours

Our guided tour, with a duration of more than 1 hour, takes you beyond the simple observation of the World Press Photo winning images. Guided by the expert team of the Photographic Social Vision Foundation, it delves into the stories and the context behind each image, as well as the way in which each photojournalist presents them.

(*) In the online purchase of any paying ticket, you will be charged 1€ of ticket-seller fee.

(**) To benefit from the reduced-price ticket, it is essential to show at the access point the document that certifies the discount: Carnet Jove; Carnet de Biblioteques; Large and single-parent families card; University professors; Retirees; People under 25 years old.

On the other hand, people entitled to free ticket (see Free ticket****) can purchase a guided tour at a special price of €3.

(***) Free regular ticket on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. These free-tickets will be available the same week starting Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. In order for other people to also visit the exhibition, please purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per person. Tickets not available.

(****) Free regular ticket any day, showing at the access point the document that certifies: Unemployed; Teaching license (compulsory education); Friends of the CCCB; Retirees with Carnet Rosa; ICOM members; Accredited journalists; Disability Card, ArticketBCN / Barcelona Card and Children under 12 years old (although exhibition is not recommended for this age group). Tickets not available.

Guided tours for people from these groups have a special price of €3 and must be purchased in the guided tours section.
