To be able to visit the exhibition at the desired time, it is recommended to buy tickets through the web, in advance.

It is essential to choose the date and time slot for access and to go on time. This time slot indicates only the time you must enter the venue, not how long you can stay in the room.

In the online purchase, check that you have chosen the correct number of tickets, on the date and time you want, before entering your payment details.

If you hire a guided tour, make sure you also choose your preferred language.

NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE MADE, except in cases justified by reasons of force majeure. If so, please write to this email explaining in detail your exceptional circumstances. Even in the situation of an exceptional reimbursement, the €1 management fee will not be refunded.

However, during the purchase process, the ticketshop offers you the possibility of contracting an additional Purchase Improvement service, designed to cover any unforeseen event and which does allow full reimbursement.

Beyond the simple observation of the winning photographs, the visit of more than 1 hour -guided by the expert team of Photographic Social Vision- delves into the stories and the context behind each image, as well as the way in which each photojournalist presents them.

In the online purchase of any price list, you must add €1 for management fees.

(*) To benefit from the reduced-price ticket, it is essential at the access point to show the document that certifies the discount in: Carnet Jove; Library Card; Large and single-parent families; university professors; Retirees; Under 25 years old.

(**) Free Sunday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Maximum 2 tickets per person. It is necessary to choose the access time slot (indicates the time to go in, not how long you can stay inside). These free-tickets will be available the same week starting Wednesday at 09:00 a.m.

(***) Free entry for any day for specific groups, it is compulsory at the access point to show the document that certifies the gratuity to: Unemployed; Teaching license (compulsory education); Friends of the CCCB; Retirees with a Pink Card; ICOM members; Under 12 years old; Accredited journalists; Disability Card, ArticketBCN / Barcelona Card. The guided tour is not free, but those who have free ticket can hire the guided tour for €3, as long as there is availability, at the Photographic Foundation stand located at the entrance to the exhibition.
