IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To ensure your visit to the World Press Photo Exhibition, it is recommended to buy in advance your ticket/s online.
In this case, it is essential to keep in mind the following instructions:
- Once your online purchase is done, you will not be able to make changes.
Be sure to carefully select your preferences (number of tickets, date of your visit and access time slot).
If you book a guided tour, be sure to choose your preferred language.
- The refund is only possible if you decide to contract the «Make your tickets refundable» service.
This service is offered by the ticket company during the online purchase process and will refund when justified by these circumstances. If you have contracted this service and meet the stipulated conditions, you can make your claim here.
The refund does not include the ticket-seller fee (1€ per ticket).
- If you do not receive the tickets at your e-mail, please check the following:
In case you have not received the tickets in your email inbox, please look at your SPAM folder. If you definitely have not received the tickets, it is most likely that, due to some error, the purchase has NOT been completed.
In case you have not received the tickets, but have received payment for the tickets, please report the incident to tickets@eventix.es.
Tickets can also be purchased physically, as long as the room’s capacity allows the access of more public at that moment. Physical sales are delivered at the CCCB ticket offices (Phone +34 933 064 100 / taquilles@cccb.org).
Please note that if you access the exhibition on weekdays and during school hours, especially in the mornings, it is possible that you will coincide in the room with the guided tours for schoolchildren.
Paid ticket entitles you to participate in THE RAFFLE for a Fujifilm camera and World Press Photo 2023 yearbooks signed by awarded photojournalists.
With the purchase of World Press Photo Exhibition tickets
you make this non-profit initiative possible.
Thank you for your support to photojournalism!
