IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure your visit to the World Press Photo Exhibition, it is recommended to buy in advance your ticket/s online.

In this case, it is essential to keep in mind the following instructions:

  • Once your online purchase is done, you will not be able to make changes.

Be sure to carefully select your preferences (number of tickets, date of your visit and access time slot).
If you book a guided tour, be sure to choose your preferred language.

  • The refund is only possible if you decide to contract the «Improve Refund Terms» service.

This service is offered during the online purchase process and is provided by a third-party company that will refund when justified by these circumstances. At the end of the same e-mail where you will receive your tickets, under the tickets themselves, you will find the instructions to request a refund if necessary.
The refund does not include the ticket-seller fee (1€ per ticket).

  • If you do not receive your tickets at your e-mail, it is most likely that the purchase has not been completed due to any error.

However, if you do have been charged for it, please report to tickets@eventix.es.

Tickets can also be purchased physically, as long as the room’s capacity allows the access of more public. Physical sales are delivered at the CCCB ticket offices (Phone +34 933 064 100 / taquilles@cccb.org).

Paid admission (whether general or guided tour, at full rate or reduced) entitles you to participate in THE RAFFLE for a camera and catalogues of the World Press Photo Exhibition.

With the purchase of World Press Photo Exhibition tickets
you make this non-profit initiative possible.
Thank you for your support to photojournalism!
